PRESIDENTIAL LIMOUSINE RULES OF SERVICE

CONDUCT RULES

WE do not tolerate hazardous situations, such as fighting, verbal abuse, racial slurs to chauffeurs as determined by the driver. We will fine you $100 for fighting and/or cancel your run at that moment with no refund.

NO Illegal Drugs. if you use any in our vehicles we can/will cancel your run at that moment with no refund.

ALCOHOL- We do not provide alcohol, however, you are free to bring your own. No one under 21 may consume alcohol, if you allow underage guests to consume alcohol in our vehicle we can/will cancel your run at that moment with no refund. Aluminum Cans please, NO KEGS!

NO Damage by your party to our vehicle including, but not limited to, stains, broken tables, broken windows, physically forced open doors, TV’s, DVD’s, Flat Screen TV’s, audio visual and lighting, you agree to pay for repair of damages, with your credit card on file.

OPENING AN EMERGENCY WINDOW without it being an emergency is not allowed, we fine you $100 to reseal an emergency window, if it was opened unnecessarily by you or your guests. If you or your guests are injured because you have unnecessarily opened an emergency window, you or your guests will be held responsible for their injuries and any damage to the vehicle.

CLEAN UP FEES: We assess a clean up fee for the car/bus based on the way you left the vehicle. It can range from no charge whatsoever to billing you for actual hours in which we need to detail the vehicle to get it ready for the next customer.  Charges for cleaning are based on a detailer’s fee of $40 per hour. We budget 30 to 45 minutes in the price of your rental for cleanup, after that we will automatically bill your credit card for additional clean up. Vomit, Urine, Bodily Emissions, Sparkle, Glitter, beer bottle labels stuck on windows, food and snacks all create hard to clean up and may create extra charges for you.  VOMIT and BLOOD must be cleaned and sanitized and extra charges apply.

No multiple people giving the driver directions. Appoint one person to give directions, preferably the person who chartered us.
We try our best to know where we are taking you. However there are times you will need to provide the driver with directions to your destinations.                    
We do not compensate you for being required to give the driver directions during your run. 
We do not compensate you for traffic delays / construction delays.
We do check the MODOT construction web site, it is impossible for us to know what lane / highway / detour will affect your event.
POLICE will dictate where we park and wait for you. No refunds because we cannot pull up immediately to your venue.
KEEP your drivers phone number with you.                      
NO quick moves with the vehicle, YOUR SAFETY IS AT RISK.
NO SMOKING, we will fine you $40 if we find evidence of smoking, WE WILL make smoke stops at your request. 
WE are not responsible for your personal items.  
NO exterior decoration of vehicles.
NO food allowed in our limousines or limo buses. We will fine you for food such as crackers, peanuts, snacks that are hard to clean up. 
DO NOT OVERLOAD VEHICLE ABOVE OUR PASSENGER LIMIT, then we will not refund money or issue a gift certificate for services.

MONEY RULES

DEPOSITS - DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Standard Deposit is 1/3 of your total amount. RESERVATIONS ARE STRICTLY ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. VISA, M/C, AMEX , DISCOVER, Check, Money Order or Cash accepted.

BALANCES - Are to be paid in full the Wednesday before service. IF you are paying your balance by check we will need your check in our office 14 days before your run in order for your check to clear our bank in time for your service. We will charge your credit card you have on file with us for the full amount you have due the Wednesday  before your run unless you make other arrangements with us.

PAYMENTS ON DAY OF SERVICE - We accept only CASH the day of service.

CANCELLATIONS:

- IF YOU CANCEL LESS  THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SERVICE -  for any reason we will charge your credit card on file for the full amount of the run. NO REFUNDS.
                       
- IF YOU CANCEL MORE  THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SERVICE -  for any reason we will issue you a gift certificate for the amount you have paid us.  NO REFUNDS.

- IF PRESIDENTIAL LIMOUSINE cancels your run for any reason, at any time, we will issue a FULL REFUND and try to assist you in acquiring another vehicle.  Any extra charges from other transportation vendors are your responsibility.   

YOU MAY CHANGE YOUR CONTRACT DATE, TIME AND VEHICLE— at any time so as it does not affect another customer.

FUEL SURCHARGES-We automatically may add a surcharge to every rental agreement, the surcharge fluctuates with fuel prices.

DAY OF RUN RULES

WE retain the right to substitute your vehicle if necessary from another vehicle in our fleet. Vehicles leave our lot in good runningmechanical condition. IF a vehicle breaks down during your run, HVAC fails, or you are unsatisfied with the vehicle for any reason, we offer gift certificates for your compensation.  NO PICK UPS AFTER 10PM IN THE EVENING.

IF a vehicle is late in picking you up, then we both agree to “tack” any time owed to you on the run, on the “backside” of the run, if the time is available. If the time is not available (vehicle booked back to back) we offer a gift certificate for time unused.

OVERTIME - is usually paid by cash to the driver at the beginning of overtime. In the event of a dispute we charge your credit card based on times downloaded from our GPS Satellite Tracking system. OT Rates are about $10 an hour more for fuel.

TIP-A 20% driver tip is collected as part of your billing.  If you wish to additionally tip the driver on the day of service, please feel free to do so.

IN ANY AND ALL EVENTS

THE entire liability of Presidential Limousines is limited to the fees paid for your limousine service. I agree to these terms and to abide by these “Rules of Service”.
